How many years have you been in business?
We have been transferring films and videos worldwide for nine years. We currently have 4 locations: Toronto Ontario, Montreal Quebec, Denver Colorado, and Miami, Florida.
What are the accepted forms of payment and what are the payment terms?
Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Personal checks, money orders and cash is also welcome. Payment is due upon completion of a project with and projects are shipped out same day payment is received. If projects are for a province or government organization, purchase orders are acceptable.
How long does the transfer take?
Allthough actual turn around times depend on the size/complexity of a project, all work is performed in-house with a typical turn-around time of 7-10 business days. If you would like to have your order completed sooner, please contact us toll free @ 866 559 1163
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm. Saturdays 10-4 Sunday 12-4. If driving in from out-of-town, call us in advance to schedule an appointment. 866 559 1163
Do you have a money back guarantee policy?
We guarantees the quality of our work. We will work with you to correct any issues that present themselves. In the unlikely event that you are still unsatisfied we will refund 100% of the order total excluding shipping expenses

How do I check on the status of my order?

Is it safe, will you return my originals?
We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx for your carrier service. They have never lost a single package in the nine years we have been using them. All original material is included in the same package as the created media.
Will my DVD player play the DVD disk that you create?
The only affordable option for home movies to DVD is DVD Recordable media. These disks are compatible with most all DVD players (~95%) and DVD computer drives and meet universal standards for compatibility. Incompatibility is due to nonconforming players and not the fault of the disc. For more information you can:

FILM TRANSFER FAQs
How many feet of film will fit onto a DVD?
We can fit 800-1000ft of 8mm film, 1000-1200ft of Super 8mm film, and 2000-2500ft of 16mm film onto a single DVD. Approximately 2 hours of edited film.
What type/size film do I have?
What is included in the film transfer per foot price?
Transfer of movie film, repair of broken splices, correction of incorrect color balance, minor editing, two-pass variable bitrate encoding to MPEG2 (DVD),each 2 hour DVD output has a $15 encoding fee in addition to the cost of the transfer.
What are the optional features for DVD?
Popular features include titles, background music, and navigation menus.
How can I determine the length/time of my film?
The easiest way to calculate the amount of film you have is to visit the Kodak Film Calculator. Click here This 8mm, Super8 and 16mm calculator is perfect for figuring out how many DVDs you will need. Remember we can fit only 2 hours of footage on a DVD.
Are there any hidden costs or charges?
No, the transfer price and the DVD is the only cost incurred unless features and options are selected.

What is included in the transfer price?
- Output to DVD
- 60 or 120 minutes of transfer depending on length of source tape
- repair of broken splices
- correction of incorrect color balance
- minor editing

Can I customize my video transfer?
