Pro Editing
In the old days of editing it usually involved some cutting and some tape. Or maybe you we fortunate enough to edit using 2 VCRs and a mixer board? Well today thanks to the power of computers, editing has become a very precise art. Using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut and Adobe Photoshop we are able to create incredible final edited videos that in the past would only be done in multi million dollar facilities.

At TorontoHomeMovies.com we have been professionally editing Commercials, Training Videos, Wedding Videos, Video Presentations and all kinds of events for over 10 years. In fact, our team of professional editors have probably edited a boarder variety of work than other production house in Canada. Mostly we edit people’s most treasured memories.

Our process is quite simple. Once your footage has been capture through our digital only capture method, one of our editors will go through each and every frame to ensure only the highest quality. If a frame or frames need adjustment, then using the latest broadcast professional editing software we will enhance to footage for colour, clarity and sharpness.

Here is a quite common scenerio. A customer brings in 30 3" 50 ft reels. We will upload (capture) in the order they are marked. Our editors will make the adjustments as needed then add a tittle for each and every reel. We call this adding Reel Markers. When you are watching the footage it will be clear when one reel end and another begins. If you enhance the DVD package we can even add tittle where the reel markers are to identify each reel, and create chapters in the DVD menu to correspond.

If you have a wedding video that one of your friends promised to edit for your 10 years ago and never got around to it, give it to us!! We get hundreds of video each year and our editor are more than capable. You can add your own music, add baby photos to create a montage, in fact your wedding video can be edited to your exact specifications as we provide a proof of the edited video before the final DVD is burned.

In the past we have even had customers bring us Audio Cassettes, Reel 2 Reel, and Records / LPs. We convert Audio Tapes to CD, Records to CD and Reel to Reel to CD. Or if you prefer we can convert them to your Ipod or to an MP3.
